In the warmer months: Fresh Melon or 'Easter Sundae' (muesli topped with yoghurt & seasonal fruit)
In the chillier months: Hot Fruit Compote

MAIN DISHES

Traditional Full English Breakfast consisting of; two Rashers of Grilled Back Bacon,
locally made Sausage, Tomato, Flat Mushroom, Baked Beans, Hash Brown, Fried Bread
and Eggs (fried, scrambled or poached)

Vegetarian Breakfast (with vegetarian sausages and your choice from the above)

For the less hearty appetite - any combination of the above or .....

'Egg Easter Cottage' (poached egg on two rashers of bacon on your choice of
a toasted muffin or flat mushroom and topped with cheese sauce)

Kipper Fillet with Brown Bread (24 hours notice)

Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Eggs

Boiled or Poached Eggs

Toast - White and/or Granary and Freshly Baked Croissants
served with butter curls and a selection of preserves

Selection of Teas including; Breakfast, Earl Grey and Green
or
Cafetiere of Fresh Coffee - Medium Blend or Decaffeinated

All food is prepared and cooked freshly to order 
and served between 8.30am and 9.30am
